The country’s largest public sector bank, State Bank of India (SBI), has launched a new toll-free number to provide a diverse range of phone banking services on the go for the convenience of customers, particularly the elderly. SBI has announced the launch of a new phone number “Banking over the phone has just gotten a whole lot better! The SBI contact centre now has a new, easy-to-dial number.”
“Call us toll-free on 1800 1234 and get a wide range of services on the go with SBI Contact Centre,” SBI claimed in a Tweet.
SBI customers can now conduct a variety of banking services over the phone through the Contact Centre, thanks to this new service. Customers must ensure that their registered mobile number is linked to their savings account in order to use the new phone banking service.
